16 course tasting menu: From Field to Table

What can you expect?

A 16-course tasting menu. 
You will be served many unique courses. Marius creates dishes that represent the sea, the forest, the mountains and the fields. If desired, we are more than happy to set up a drink package for your menu. 

You are most welcome to the Food Bar for an Apéritif before dinner, we will show you to the table when it is ready. Table seating at 18.00.

From field to table is our largest menu.
Duration for dinner is about 5 hours.
For drinks we recommend our drink menu, or you can buy wine from our wine list.

Price per person in double room:
2650,- incl VAT.

Facilitation of allergies and other dietary restrictions
We adapt to the best of our ability for common allergies, but ask that this be stated in advance when ordering. Vegan menus, allergies to fish and seafood as well as lactose intolerance we can unfortunately not facilitate, as this leads to major changes in the menu. But it is no problem to adapt our 8 course menu, and would then recommend this. We ask for your understanding that we can to a small extent facilitate allergies on arrival for all menus.
